The MuleSoft International Marketing team at Salesforce drives regional demand generation and field marketing across EMEA and beyond, and this role sits at the heart of our South region — covering Italy, Iberia, and the Middle East and EGM markets. Based in Milan, Italy, you'll partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to build pipeline, shape the regional go-to-market strategy, and bring MuleSoft's story to life across a diverse and dynamic territory.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end regional marketing strategy for MuleSoft South, owning pipeline contribution across inbound demand generation, integrated campaigns, and field events — from in-person and virtual events to ABM and third-party programs
- Co-own the regional pipeline strategy with Sales Development and Sales leadership, representing Marketing in the South leadership team and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and ROI
- Drive localization efforts for Italy, Spain, and Portugal, developing content in Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese, and partnering with Salesforce EMEA South Core Marketing on joint go-to-market campaigns
Build CIO and developer mindshare across South through targeted regional activities, customer story programs, and cross-regional marketing initiatives in collaboration with Customer Success and Customer Marketing

You're Our Person If...
- You have 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B technology or a field-facing marketing role, with a track record of running integrated campaigns that generate pipeline
- You communicate clearly and confidently across levels — from tactical execution with cross-functional teams to strategic alignment with senior leadership
- You are proficient in Salesforce CRM, Slack, Tableau, Google Workspace, and Gemini, and use data to guide your marketing decisions
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

You have successfully delivered marketing programs across multiple languages or multilingual markets in EMEA

The typical base salary range for this position is 67,200 to 92,400 annually. Collective Bargaining Agreement: CCNL Commercio- Quadri
