LePub is looking for a Community Manager Intern - curricular internship for its Milan office to support the content team in the day-to-day management of online communities across Instagram and TikTok!
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone passionate about social media, communities, trends, and brand communication, who wants to gain experience in a fast-paced agency environment working on international brands, with a high creative and social-native language.
The role will carry out and learn everything about community management, social listening, publishing coordination, reporting, and real-time interaction management. The role will also learn a lot from contane managers, strategists, analysts and creatives.

Monitor and manage brand communities across social platforms (mainly Instagram and TikTok)

Moderate comments, DMs, and user-generated content following brand tone of voice and escalation guidelines

Assist the team in identifying trends, viral conversations, and relevant cultural moments

Support editorial planning, scheduling and publishing activities

Support social listening and sentiment analysis activities

Attend weekly and monthly reporting meetings

Collaborate with content, strategy, creative, and account teams on ongoing projects

Escalate sensitive conversations or critical issues to senior team members when necessary

Help maintain consistency in tone of voice and community engagement across platforms.

University agreement required for curricular internship

Currently student in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields

Fluent in social media, creators, internet culture, and online communities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and basic copywriting skills

Previous experience managing personal or brand social channels is a plus.
Nice to have:
