We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Clerk to join our Purchasing office. The ideal candidate will support the daily procurement and administrative activities of the department, ensuring accurate supplier management, timely updates of purchasing records, and compliance with company procedures. This opportunity is also open to candidates at the beginning of their professional career who are eager to develop their skills within a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update supplier price lists, ensuring accuracy and consistency of purchasing data.
Support the administrative management of suppliers, including documentation, records, and contract-related information.
Verify purchase-related documents and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of purchasing reports, databases, and filing systems.
Qualifications
Diploma in Administration, Finance and Marketing or equivalent qualification.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with different departments in a dynamic environment.
Previous experience in purchasing or administrative roles is appreciated but not required.
