You will report to the Manufacturing Finance Leader and supports directly the Site Plants Leader (EB) and his team.
You will cover key aspects of production cost composition and all relevant metrics, both financial & operational (Hourly rate, Capex , Routings Productivity, Delivery, Delinquency/On Time Delivery, Inventory, etc) and includes direct involvement, engagement & responsibility over setting the appropriate routines, procedures and control points aimed to deliver to company commitments.
Essential Responsibilities
Establish clear timing/processes/reviews with relevant owners, supporting Ops team and Business leaders on data visibility, tracking, analysis (variance analysis) and reporting for OCPH (Hourly rate) /Cost Out (product costing) results
Provide critical look and assessment, in conjunction with Ops team/Cost out team, of the overall Cost-out performance
Support daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly process for relevant Business reviews and key planning cycles (Monthly & Quarterly Closing, Budget, Forecast, 5 years plan, etc.) for actuals, estimates and reporting and present, on a routine basis, results to company Executive Mgmt
Establish key relationships with Avio Aero and Aviation HQ teams to ensure appropriate and timely flow of information as requested.
Play a strategic partnership role, with Product Strategy team and Product development team, for developing longer term initiatives/efforts, also (but not only) linked to Capex optimization and cost rationalization
Driving profitable growth by providing analysis of results and reporting key metrics while advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions
Lead cross-functional projects to drive simplification throughout the organization and to improve rigor in key Finance processes, reducing costs improving profitability
Manage a Financial analyst
Is definitely ahead on Lean transformation and DSM (Daily Shop Management): the role of the finance manager in the daily CCC is critical, definitely more than in other plants.
Lead the annual and monthly physical inventory processes, as well as the weekly cycle count processes for warehouses.
Lead plant reserve estimate discussions, including the related impacts on other Finance and Operations KPIs.
Basic Qualifications
Master's degree in economics from an accredited university
Significant experience in the Finance & Manufacturing Operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess data quality, identify key drivers, and provide clear recommendations
Continuous improvement mindset, with experience applying Lean principles to improve processes and performance
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulations, is required

Salary range for this role: 71,550.00 - 95,400.00 EUR Annual + Performance-related bonus + PDR up to 6000 EUR
