Position Summary:
As HR Analytics Specialist, you will support Compensation, Benefits and HR data management activities across multiple countries while contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and reporting capabilities.
Essential Responsibilities:
- support compensation and salary review processes, including market analysis and benchmarking

develop reports, analyses and KPIs to support data-driven decision making

provide analytical support to HR Business Partners and business leaders

contribute to the management and continuous improvement of employee benefits and welfare programs

ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and reporting tools

support HR process optimization and reporting automation initiatives

Key requirements

1-2 years of experience in HR Analytics or Compensation or related fields

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage, analyze and interpret large datasets

Ability to translate data into meaningful insights

Attention to detail and high standards of data accuracy

Strong sense of confidentiality and ability to manage sensitive employee information with professionalism, discretion and integrity

Business fluency in English, both written and spoken
