HSPI S.p.A. is a management consulting company founded in 2003 through the initiative of a small group of professionals with significant experience in leading multinational consulting companies. HSPI, thanks to the strong skills of the professionals who set it up, has always characterized for an operating model capable of integrating distinctive Management Consulting skills with specialist knowledge in the ICT and Digital Innovation fields.

Since October 2020 HSPI is part of TXT Group and offer an extended range of professional services in Business Consulting, IT Strategy and Governance and Digital Innovation.

ServiceNow Senior Developer:
HSPI S.p.A., a TXT Group company, is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join and strengthen its team at the Cologno Monzese office.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform;
Analyze technical requirements and implement tailored solutions;
Independently manage assigned tasks from planning through delivery;
Provide technical support to functional analysts during analysis and implementation phases;
Develop, maintain, and monitor integrations with external systems;
Perform troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and continuous platform enhancements.

Required technical skills:
At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development;
Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks while meeting deadlines and objectives;
Experience in technical requirements analysis and solution design;
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and JavaScript;
Hands-on experience with the ITSM and CSM modules;
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or similar technologies) is considered a plus.

Preferred Technical Skills:
Experience with the SPM and ITOM ServiceNow modules is a plus.

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and functional teams complete the profile.

Education: Diploma or degree in STEM subjects.
