Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, this is a key FP&A role with a strong commercial emphasis.
The role involves partnering with the regional Area Sales Managers of the European Personal&Home Care business unit, to run the reporting, forecasting and performance analysis processes.
You will work closely with your peers from other regions to ensure accurate and timely weekly and monthly processes are completed OTIF.
You have full responsibility and accountability for the accuracy and reconciling of results in all relevant systems (eg One Stream, Accordion, Comp Planning, Tableau…) to ensure key information for decision-making is correct.
You will work cross-functionally within your region of responsibility (primarily Northern and Eastern Europe) for support with working capital, UPI and headcount analysis.
What you´ll do:
- End to end involvement in the annual AOP process ensuring all bridges and data points are analysed
- Weekly/Monthly forecasting to support Senior managers
- Supporting the Area Sales Managers in all commercial reporting and analysis
- Populating and analysing month end reports to report out the results that will lead to focused activities for the commercial teams. Examples below:
- Gap analysis
- Risk and opportunities
- Expenses report
- Sales force effectiveness analysis
- Working capital reviews including unproductive inventory
- FTE reporting
- Monthly reviews, reporting, ad hoc queries like ROWC calculation, aged stock reviews, pricing and Opportunity pipeline
- As a data processing appointee, they operate in compliance with the instructions received and the applicable data protection regulations.
What you´ll need:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in FP&A, finance, business analysis or a similar role.
- Ability to effectively present results and challenge performance.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP and Tableau is considered an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, leadership and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively throughout the business. The ability to manage and motivate a team cross functionally and not directly under your line management should be evident along with the ability to initiate change.
Where you´ll work:
- 3 days in Milan´s office, 2 days at home
Permanent Contract
Salary Range: €28,000 – €48,000 gross annual salary (RAL).
The salary range stated in this advertisement reflects the expected remuneration for the position. The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications in line with applicable EU pay transparency and equal pay regulations. In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus opportunity and a benefits package including meal vouchers and smart working according to company policy.
