Digital Service Manager – Identity and Access Management
(Automotive Business)

As Digital Service Manager for Identity and Access Management, you will ensure that IAM platforms are robust, scalable, and tailored to support a dynamic ecosystem, enabling secure access and facilitating business growth and collaboration. What you can expect in the role
- Platform Ownership & Accountability: Own the Azure-based IAM solutions and ensure they are fit for business purposes, including related processes and integrations with platforms like ServiceNOW, SuccessFactors, Tesseract, and CyberArk. Ensure IAM platforms (e.g., SKF SSO, federated identity solutions) deliver secure, unified, and user-friendly access.
- Security, Compliance & Governance: Ensure IAM platforms meet global security and compliance standards, including GDPR and other data governance directives. Regularly monitor and address security risks and incidents related to external identity and access.
- Implementation, Integration & Performance Monitoring: Oversee implementation and management of IAM solutions, including SSO. Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding with clear access controls. Track performance, enhance improvements, and lead automation and efficiency initiatives.
- Service Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and ensure high-quality IAM services. Manage outsourced providers, deliver clear communication and training, and ensure a positive user experience with rapid issue resolution.
- Budget Management: Oversee the IAM platform budget, ensuring cost-effective management and resource allocation.
In summary, you will manage the domain and drive the development of this area, taking full ownership of its operational responsibilities.
This is a hands-on role focused on delivering results and ensuring progress within the domain. While you will lead and coordinate work across teams, the position does not include direct personnel management or team development responsibilities.
You will enjoy working here if you have
- Relevant academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Extensive experience in managing IT services, preferably in IAM, within a global framework over several years.
- Security and Compliance Management: Ensuring all IAM platforms meet security standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO27001, GDPR/PIPL, SOC2, NIST.
- Outsourced Service Management: Proficiency in managing relationships with outsourced service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Ability to respond effectively to technological developments and innovative practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, active involvement.
- Proficient English language skills both in spoken and in writing.

This position can be located at multiple SKF Automotive sites globally, and one of the preferred locations is Airasca, Italy. The position holder will be hired on a local contract.
