About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, proactive and highly organized Field Activation Marketing Marketing Specialist to support the execution of commercial and brand activation strategies across the market.
The successful candidate will play a key role in translating marketing plans into impactful in-store executions, supporting sales performance, increasing brand visibility and ensuring excellent execution at every customer touchpoint.
This position requires a strong combination of project management, creativity, operational execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute trade marketing activities across retail and professional channels.
- Develop and implement in-store activation plans aligned with commercial priorities and brand strategy.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of point-of-sale materials, visual merchandising tools and promotional assets.
- Manage the execution of product launches, promotional campaigns and seasonal activations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing and external agencies to ensure flawless execution.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of in-store brand visibility and merchandising standards.
- Support the organization and execution of trade events, customer meetings, beauty fairs and industry exhibitions.
- Coordinate suppliers and external partners involved in the production of trade marketing materials and event logistics.
- Manage activation timelines, budgets and project deliverables.
- Collect market feedback from the sales force and customers, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities and prepare post-activation reports with performance indicators.
- Ensure all trade marketing activities are delivered on time, within budget and in line with brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Field Marketing or Brand Activation, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, luxury or FMCG industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
- Hands-on attitude with a strong focus on execution and attention to detail.
- Experience working with external agencies, suppliers and retail partners.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with visual merchandising principles is considered an advantage.
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute trade marketing activities across retail and professional channels.
- Develop and implement in-store activation plans aligned with commercial priorities and brand strategy.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal activations and customer marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage visual merchandising guidelines to ensure consistent brand execution across all points of sale.
- Coordinate the design, production, installation and maintenance of permanent and temporary displays, gondolas, shop-in-shop solutions, testers, window displays and point-of-sale materials.
- Ensure excellent execution of merchandising standards, product visibility, planograms and retail presentation across all channels.
- Monitor in-store execution through field visits, retailer feedback and collaboration with the sales team, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage merchandising materials inventory and coordinate logistics for POS materials and display shipments.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing and external agencies to ensure flawless execution of commercial initiatives.
- Coordinate suppliers, visual merchandising partners, production companies and installation vendors.
- Support the organization and execution of trade events, customer meetings, beauty fairs, exhibitions and retail activations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables, ensuring activities are executed on time and within budget.
- Collect market intelligence and customer feedback, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Analyze the effectiveness of promotional and merchandising activities through KPIs and post-activation reports.
- Ensure all activities are executed in full compliance with brand guidelines and corporate standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Field Marketing, Visual Merchandising or Brand Activation, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, luxury or FMCG industry.
- Proven experience managing in-store merchandising projects and retail display execution.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, agencies and suppliers simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and market performance data.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong execution capabilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
