Position Overview
We are looking for a bright, dedicated F&B Host/Hostess to support the Restaurant team during the brakfast, lunch and dinner service, satisfying all guest needs and exceeding their expectations.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact when guests enter the dining area;
- Welcomes guest according to the resort standards and escorts them to their table;
- Assisting the F&B leadership team on ensuring the overall dinning experience expectations of the guest;
- Satisfying guest needs and exceeding their expectations by projecting a positive hotel image through proper grooming, appropriate verbal communication, and taking responsibility of guest needs;
- Keeping high personal grooming standards and maintaining a neat uniform;
- Assisting in the setup and breakdown of special events and functions;
Completing opening & closing responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Need to be competent in the use of Micros;
- Knowledge of dining room and kitchen procedures helpful;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent presentation and grooming standard;
Fluent in english, other languages are a plus.
