In this role you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules, plan and schedule material/production needs, impacts departmental operations and you will responsible for planning/execution.
Essential Responsibilities
Ensure daily/weekly call pattern with suppliers to manage/escalate misaligned dates that have ability to impact business
Maintain “timely” release of schedule amendments, shipping notices, and other required documents
Ensure supplier delivery commitments are understood and communicated to the Fulfillment Lead
Where unable to get the required commitment from suppliers, ensure the issues are escalated in a timely manner to Fulfillment Lead to support a developed recovery plan
Interact with other function to guarantee the right support and define priorities
Meet with the customers as required on a formal and informal basis to understand and define their requirements
Provide customers with periodical reports as agreed and required
Work closely with other functions to ensure execution and finalization of all pending action Items
Required Qualifications
Master Degree in Engineering
Previuos experience in supply chain roles
Good proficiency with SAP and Office
Fluent English and Italian
Team worker
Good oral and written communication and presenting skills
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Desired Characteristics
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Salary range for this role: €39,675.00 - €52,900.00 Annual + Performance-related bonus + PDR up to 6000 euro
Compensation will be defined within the published salary range, reflecting the candidate’s experience, developed skills, and overall alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
