JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Intern, you will support the team in managing daily operations and delivering excellent service to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting order processing across multiple sales channels, with a particular focus on new strategic customers.

Assisting with the implementation and day-to-day use of the CRM system, ensuring customer data is accurate and up to date.

Registering and managing customer claims through the dedicated portal, contributing to continuous process improvement.

Uploading invoices and supporting documentation to customers' portals, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and payment procedures.

Assisting with order updates related to frequent product phase-ins and phase-outs, while maintaining accurate order information.

Monitoring stock availability and supporting inventory visibility to ensure efficient order management.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance, to ensure timely and accurate customer support.

Providing general administrative support to the Customer Service team and contributing to process optimization initiatives.
Qualification & Education:

Degree in Foreign Languages or Communication Sciences.

Good knowledge of English (any other EU language is a plus).

Good interpersonal skills and propensity for teamwork.

Good knowledge of IT tools.
