Your missions?
Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise applications to support business processes and operational requirements
Customize application settings, workflows, security roles, and permissions to align with business needs and best practices
Support application upgrades, releases, patches, and new feature deployments
Maintain application configuration documentation, system specifications, and support procedures
Provide advanced technical support for business-critical applications, including Level III post-implementation support
Diagnose, investigate, and resolve issues to minimize business disruption
Manage incidents, service requests, and problem-resolution activities in accordance with service level agreements
Monitor application performance, availability, and system health to identify issues
✍️ Your profile?
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of experience in application support, administration, or a related field
Knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms) and system administration
Knowledge of English at C1 level; Italian at B2 level.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
Previous experience with data management, APIs, or application testing.
Avability to go to the office once at week.

Compensation & Pay Transparency
Gross Annual Salary (Range: EUR 27,000 – EUR 50,000)
Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio)
The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
