Global Investor Relation Internship | 6 months | Start date: October 2026
For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Investor Relations Team which manages relationships with financial analysts, institutional investors and retail investors. You will have the chance to work in a highly attractive and experienced environment: since end of 2018 Amplifon is a component of the FTSE MIB Index, the primary benchmark index for the Italian equity market composed by the 40 most liquid and capitalized Italian equities.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.
You'll be in charge of:

Supporting the preparation of all Investor Relations (IR) materials (earnings and other price-sensitive press releases, investor presentations, Q&A, etc.);
- Collecting, monitoring analyst reports and generating consensus models, while also monitoring IR inquiries, researching and helping prepare responses;

Tracking all investor marketing activities in appropriate databases and managing it to create investor profiles and targeting;
- Supporting IR calendar, organization and logistics of investor meetings, materials and events, as well as the management of the IR portion of the corporate website;
- Working closely with other Finance departments (primarily Planning & Control and Administration) primarily for earnings releases or investors' questions;
- Helping prepare periodic internal reports regarding the stock, collect data and derive insights from peers' reports and other events, and prepare eventual summary reports;
- Managing logistics for quarterly results conference calls, including process for issuance of price-sensitive press-releases and update of website.
You are the right person if you:

Have a background in Finance, Economics, Management;
- Possess financial skills (experience/knowledge with financial statements, valuation methods and capital market);
- Speak English and Italian fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams;

Have good knowledge of Excel (pivot, formulas) and PowerPoint, together with good analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving;
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in teams and to cope with pressure;
- Are able to multitask, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and deal with confidential information.

1000€ gross monthly reimbursement;

Full time experience. Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you'll be working with!);
