In order to support the commercial development of the Management Systems Certification BU, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager with proven experience in sales within the TIC industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, steering and coaching a frontline sales team, driving performance through clear target setting and accountability for results. With a strong commercial mindset and proven leadership skills, they will play a key role in our growth by leveraging their TIC industry expertise to expand our client base and deliver outstanding value to our customers.

Own and drive sales performance by managing KPIs, targets and pipeline, turning gaps into concrete opportunities.

Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team, supporting them in daily activities and customer visits.

Define sales strategies, set individual targets and steer the team from regional to individual level.

Champion cross-functional collaboration by aligning Field & Inside Sales teams to maximize synergies across Business Units.

Drive KAM, Tender activities and sales campaigns with key stakeholders to boost market presence.

Ensure consistent implementation of processes and tools, optimizing costs and collaborating with Operations on target adjustments.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.

Proven expertise in consultative selling, negotiation, sales planning, pipeline management and opportunity qualification.

Experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) industry or a closely related field is strongly preferred.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage medium-sized or multiple sales teams, driving accountability, performance and a high-performance culture.

Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate frontline sales staff towards ambitious targets.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret Profit & Loss reports, solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.

At least 2 years of experience working in or with intercultural and international teams.

Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce.com and/or SAP CRM.

Fluent in English (B2 Upper Intermediate or above); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Range of salary: €70.000 - €80.000 RAL + MBO and company car.
