EPTA is a leader in refrigeration sector. Our organization, which operates in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 1800, and ISO 50001 certifications, is multi-plant and multi-logistics hub. To strengthen our operations we are currently seeking a

QUALITY LOGISTIC COORDINATOR

WHO ensures that all logistics operations—covering the reception, storage, and distribution of finished goods and spare parts—are carried out in full compliance with EPTA’s quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.

The role’s mission is to create Quality Management System and to maintain and improve the quality performance of our Logistic Hub by and operational excellence.

Main Activities & Responsibilities

Quality Management & Control

· with EPTA’s quality procedures and standards.

· Supervise product integrity checks (packaging, labeling, documentation) before shipment and upon receipt.

· ; ensure proper documentation, root-cause analysis, and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

· Coordinate , in collaboration with Group Quality.

· Ensure correct application of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001) within the logistics processes.

Process Improvement

· Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, minimize errors, and improve delivery accuracy and customer satisfaction.

· Support digitalization and traceability projects (barcode scanning, WMS, KPI dashboards).

· Participate in Lean / Kaizen initiatives aimed at operational efficiency and waste reduction.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

· (delivery accuracy, claims rate, non-conformities, customer complaints).

· Prepare periodic reports and analysis for management review.

· Support internal and external audits (customers, certification bodies).

Collaboration & Communication

· Act as a key interface between Logistics, Customer Service, Quality, and Production functions.

· Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on quality standards and procedures.

· Collaborate with carriers and external logistics partners to ensure quality and service level compliance.

Competences & Skills:

Technical Competences

· (inbound/outbound flows, warehouse management, transportation).

· Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

· Experience in managing non-conformities, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.

· Understanding of ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI advantageous).

Soft Skills

· Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Problem-solving and continuous improvement orientation.

· Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Leadership and coaching attitude toward warehouse staff.

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· 3–5 years of experience in logistics or quality functions, ideally in a manufacturing environment or 3PL

· Fluency in English (written and spoken).
