You have delivered technical projects end-to-end before, and you know that the visible work (Gantt chart, status reports) sits on top of a much larger volume of invisible work (stakeholder alignment, risk anticipation, escalation calibration). You are calm under change, and you hold both technical detail and client-facing communication with the same steadiness. You are comfortable being the person the client calls when they need clarity, and the person the delivery team relies on to unblock what's stuck.

Who Thrives Here
Technical project management on the Vesper team runs at the intersection of streaming platform depth and client delivery under real commercial pressure. The client is watching the platform every day - major events, major moments - and the delivery decisions you make carry through to a live consumer audience. The work rewards project managers who care about the small details (the dependency that will surface in week 8, the change request that is actually three change requests in disguise) and who can hold the longer-arc view of how the client relationship evolves over quarters, not sprints.
A good Technical Project Manager on the Vesper team is calm under change without becoming passive, honest with the delivery team about what is at risk, and generous with credit when things go right. Deltatre works to be a place where each team member feels safe to bring their whole selves to work - the role rewards curiosity, humility, and steady judgement more than heroics.
Process and what to expect
Salary starts from of €45K at entry level rising to €60K for those with significant relevant experience. Where you land depends on your experience, technical background, and the stack you bring. If your expectations sit outside the range, tell us anyway —we're happy to have an open conversation. Internal progression is assessed through a structured process combining a technical assessment and a competency-based interview. The role falls under CCNL Commercio| D.Lgs. 96/2026.
Assessment stages:
-
Introductory conversation: a step for us to get to know each other better, and for us to answer all questions you might have around Deltatre and the Vesper team.
-
1-hour Combined Technical and Competency-Based Interview: we will deep dive on your technical project management experience - how you plan, run, and recover complex projects - combined with situational questions on how you deal with real-life scenarios at work.
If any of these formats would be difficult for you, tell us - we adjust regularly and can usually accommodate.
Accessibility and accommodation questions are welcome at any stage. Tell us what would work for you.
