About the Role
We are looking for aTechnical Presales Specialist with expertise inVeeam solutions to support our Sales teams and channel partners across Italy.
In this customer-facing role, you will act as the technical expert forbackup, disaster recovery, cyber resilience, and data protection solutions. You will help partners design the right architectures, deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, and enable successful solution adoption while working closely with Veeam and internal sales teams.
What Youll Do
- Providetechnical pre-sales support for the Veeam portfolio.
- Design and validatebackup, recovery, cyber resilience, and data protection solutions.
- Delivertechnical presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Support partners throughout thesales cycle, from technical discovery to solution positioning.
- Collaborate withBusiness Development Managers, Sales Teams, Solution Architects, and Veeam to develop customer opportunities.
- Act as the trusted technical advisor for partners, helping them select the best solution for their business requirements.
- Stay current onVeeam technologies, certifications, and industry trends.
- Support partner enablement through technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Assist with RFPs, technical documentation, and solution proposals.
What Were Looking For
- Experience in aTechnical Presales, Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Infrastructure Engineer role.
- Preferred knowledge ofVeeam Backup Replication,Veeam Data Platform, and moderndata protection solutions.
- Experience delivering customer presentations and technical demonstrations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Veeam certifications are highly desirable.
- FluentItalian andEnglish.
