We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Migration & Identity Specialist with hands-on experience delivering tenant-to-tenant migration projects and deep expertise in identity, access management, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with customers, architects, and delivery teams to design and execute complex migration strategies, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless transitions with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute end-to-end tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, including migration strategy design, coexistence planning, and cutover execution

Manage and troubleshoot identity and directory-related challenges, including Entra ID (Azure AD), domain consolidation, federation, identity mapping, and user lifecycle management

Utilize Quest on Demand Migration, Migration Manager, or equivalent migration platforms to deliver secure and efficient migration projects

Assess and optimize Microsoft 365 licensing models to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business requirements

Implement and support Microsoft 365 security solutions, including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Microsoft Defender technologies

Support Microsoft Copilot adoption and governance while providing best-practice guidance to customers and internal stakeholders

Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies, while producing technical documentation, migration runbooks, operational handover materials, and best-practice guidance for customers and internal teams
What we need to see from you:
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams environments

Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity synchronization, federation, identity governance, and access management

Hands-on experience with migration tools such as Quest On Demand Migration, Migration Manager, BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate, or similar platforms

Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models, including E3, E5, Business Premium, add-ons, and advanced security capabilities

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, including Microsoft Defender, Purview (Compliance, DLP, eDiscovery), and Conditional Access policies

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, data security, governance, and user enablement initiatives

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and migrations

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
