The Candidate will be part of Accounting team, based in Colceresa Head Quarter, and will report to the Head of Administration & Tax.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage general ledger accounts in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
- Record accounting entries (accruals, deferrals, depreciation, accruals and adjustments)
- Carry out periodic reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and analyse any discrepancies
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing procedures
- Assist in the preparation of the statutory financial statements and the accompanying notes
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Support internal and external auditors during periodic audits
- Collaborate on IT projects aimed at improving administrative and accounting processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, gained within structured organizations
- Hold an Accounting School Diploma or a Degree in Economics or related fields
- Possess a good knowledge of accounts payable ledgers
- Are proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Have a good command of the English language
- Display proactive approach, teamwork attitude
- Are precise and accurate in meeting deadlines and department objectives
SALARY RANGE
5th–6th level under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Textile, Clothing, Fashion Industry.
Gross Annual Salary Range: € 29.000–€ 35.000.
The final salary package will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience and the alignment of their skills and competencies with the responsibilities and requirements of the role.
