Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
This role is contributing to B&R Industrial Automation within Automation Business.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
Evaluating territory performance and identifying new business opportunities;
Developing sales and end user customer accounts using appropriate product solutions;
Successfully building relationships with the current customer base and providing necessary sales support;
Preparing and presenting bids and quotations to customers using company price and delivery guidelines while using sound business judgment;
Advising customers on the proper selection, use, and maintenance of specific technology applications, as well as recommending training opportunities offered by the company;
Educating new and existing customers on B&R technology;
Following up on all marketing leads and providing feedback;
Planning promotional events, presentations, and special projects;
Working with regional and corporate resources to develop and close opportunities;
Representing the organization in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner
You have a technical education in Mechatronics, Electronics, and technical design;
You have previous experience in automation technology and motion systems drive sales;
Knowledge of PLCs, motion, drives, industrial PCs, distributed I/O, and HMI technologies;
You have solid application and software development experience;
You have a willingness to travel;
You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken;
You have excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach;
You are highly inclined to work in a team.

Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico
Minimum annual salary: €48.000,00
Variable Pay: AIP target 5 % + Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
