The position offers a permanent contract, and the offered gross annual salary (RAL) will not be less than €35,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
TMC is committed to proposing a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, after evaluating the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skills development of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with current company policies.
