Do you want to be part of the biggest revolution underway in the world of work? We are looking for the right person to expand our Business transformation team in Turin. You will join our rapidly-expanding team of young talents, which stands out for the quality and impact of its innovative projects.
You will be involved in key disruption projects for large Italian and international clients, liaising directly with senior management of companies at the top of their sector.
Specifically, you will be challenged with:
rethinking working models for the main business functions (finance, HR, procurement, IT and supply chain) from organisational and operating angles, with the goal of implementing models to improve company performance in line with business strategies;
guiding organisational re-design and process re-engineering projects via change management processes, providing the tools to implement the changes and unleash their full potential so they are an integral part of the transformation;
assessing the expected impacts and benefits of the initiatives implemented, monitoring pre- and post-transformation performance and rolling out plans to address the gaps identified.
The ideal candidate must have:
- A master’s degree in Management, Business Administration or Management Engineering;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in business transformation, process optimization or organizational redesign projects, ideally within a consulting environment;
- leadership abilities in coordinating teams and in client management;
- an excellent knowldege of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad

Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a starting gross annual salary ranging from €31,000 to €41,000. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate’s skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.
