We are looking for a Regional HSE Manager Europe (f/m/d) to lead the Health, Safety, Process Safety and Environmental agenda across multiple manufacturing sites across Europe. The position can be based in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda (Barcelona, Spain), Samarate (Milan area, Italy), or Guarda (Portugal).
In this strategic role, you will partner with business leaders, coach local HSE teams, strengthen safety culture, and drive continuous improvement across the region. You will have the opportunity to influence decision-making at all levels, ensure compliance and operational excellence, and help shape a safer and more sustainable future for our European operations.

Lead and develop HSE teams across Europe.

Drive a strong safety and environmental culture throughout the organization.

Develop and implement regional HSE strategies aligned with business goals.

Ensure compliance with European HSE regulations and company standards.

Support sites with audits, investigations, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner with senior leaders to integrate HSE into operational and strategic decisions.

Play a key role in crisis response and emergency management across the region.

Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.

10+ years of HSE experience within industrial or manufacturing environments.

5+ years in a senior HSE leadership role with regional responsibility.

Strong knowledge of European HSE regulations and management systems (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001).

Experience within the chemical industry or another highly regulated sector is preferred.

Excellent leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent English and willingness to travel across Europe.
