IT Account Manager Consumer & E-commerce (Relocation to Luxembourg):
Your role
We are seeking an IT Account Manager with a focus on Consumer & E-commerce to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with project management skills to support the implementation and enhancement of IT solutions for our consumer and e-commerce domains. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT function, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services that align with business objectives.
Your challenges will include:
Act as the primary IT point of contact for the Consumer & E-commerce teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities;
Support the implementation and evolution of IT solutions tailored to consumer-facing and e-commerce platforms;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT developers, business analysts, and external vendors, to deliver high-quality solutions;
Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon objectives and deadlines;
Gather and analyze business requirements to identify and implement innovative IT solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency;
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for IT systems, ensuring smooth and reliable operations;
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs and optimal service delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
At least 2-3 years of experience in IT account management, IT project coordination, or similar roles;
Strong understanding of e-commerce systems and consumer-facing technologies;
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously;
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello);
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
