E-Logic is seeking a qualified Functional Administrative and Management Support Analyst to provide program and project execution support for the Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) Directorate. The selected candidate will assist with program management, workload planning, resource analysis, administrative operations, and coordination among government stakeholders to support the successful execution of planning, design, and construction projects.
- Provide program and project execution management support to the Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) Directorate.
- Analyze overall program execution data, workload trends, and resource requirements to support informed decision-making.
- Assist with planning and design execution activities, acquisition program support, and funds management.
- Manage incoming workload and coordinate the work induction process for new projects and task assignments.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among planners, designers, Project Managers, and Public Works Department (PWD) personnel.
- Prepare initial work plans, draft reports, briefing materials, correspondence, and other program documentation.
- Maintain administrative records, project files, and tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Monitor project milestones, schedules, and deliverables to support efficient project execution.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying workflow efficiencies and recommending best practices.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to Government leadership and project teams as required.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience supporting program management, project management, business operations, or administrative functions.
- Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project)
- Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Microsoft Power BI or similar data analysis and reporting software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience analyzing program data, preparing reports, and supporting executive decision-making.
- Experience with project lifecycle management, workload planning, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
Location: Primary work location is NSA Naples (Capodichino), Italy (PSC 817 Box 51, FPO, AE 09622-0051). The position requires frequent Temporary Duty (TDY) travel to NSA Bahrain, Kingdom of Bahrain, including NSA 1, NSA 2, NSA 3, and Isa Air Base. TDY travel may consist of up to ten (10) trips, each lasting approximately ten (10) days, during each performance period. While performing work at NSA Bahrain, employees may be required to work in austere environments due to damaged facilities and must be capable of performing physical activities such as prolonged walking, standing, climbing, crouching, and bending. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- Experience supporting U.S. federal agencies or Department of Defense (DoD) organizations.
- Experience supporting NAVFAC, Public Works Departments (PWD), or Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) organizations.
- Knowledge of acquisition support processes, funds management, and government project execution.
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
