We are looking for a Trilingual Customer Support / Warehouse Coordinator to join our warehouse operations team in Naples.
Requirements:
- Italian (C1+) and English (C1+) are mandatory; Turkish (B2+) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers in Italian, English, and Turkish.
- Coordinate shipments, warehouse operations, and shipping documentation.
- Prepare quotations, monitor orders, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure efficient order processing and high customer satisfaction.
