Team Guidance: Support and mentor electrical engineers, technicians and project team members while reviewing technical deliverables and providing practical engineering direction.
Risk Management: Identify technical risks, design limitations and potential safety issues, and develop effective solutions before they affect project delivery.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants and internal project teams to resolve technical challenges and maintain clear project communication.
Quality Assurance: Review system performance, equipment selection and installation quality to ensure that completed projects meet contractual and operational requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: At least 7 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, power systems, industrial facilities or energy infrastructure.
Education: A degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, protection systems, switchgear, transformers, cable sizing and electrical safety principles.
