Job Description
As a Customer Care Advocate , you will be at the heart of the customer experience—playing an important role in how our customers perceive and work with Rockwell Automation.
You won't just solve problems—you'll create seamless, high-quality experiences that build trust and long-term relationships. You will report to Customer Care Supervisor.
- Italy annual gross base salary range for this role is 27.520,00 - 36.693,33 EUR
- Deliver an outstanding experience by supporting customers with order-related inquiries and requests
- Be a trusted partner to customers, sales teams, and company partners
- Take ownership of customer issues and lead them to resolution with urgency and care
- Manage and resolve product concerns, including customer complaints, returns, and warranty claim
- Ensure updates on deliveries, using data and tools to meet Service level agreement commitments
- Support repair and exchange processes with efficiency
- Contribute to success by meeting goals
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or Contact Center roles
- Proficiency in Office 365; experience with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous
- Fluency in Italian and English
- A mindset built on integrity, ownership, and collaboration

- Knowledge of supply chain or customer operations
