About the team
The Global Accounts team plays a critical role in establishing and leading strategic partnerships between TikTok and the world's biggest advertisers and brands.
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven and commercially-savvy leader who is able to anticipate the needs of the most advanced Global Accounts advertisers and the verticals they operate in.
They will develop deep analysis, innovative marketing/media/commerce frameworks and measurable solutions to drive long-term growth of these advertisers.
The right candidate must be a consultative thought-leader with strong commercial acumen, helping high-touch clients achieve their business and marketing objectives in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Cross-functional collaboration with sales teams and XFN is a must to provide holistic solutions that cover product/platform, vertical and market-level expertise.
Responsibilities
- Support the most mature Global Accounts advertisers across Beauty, FMCG and Tech in APAC and METAP.
- Identify, analyze and address the biggest opportunities for advertisers and brands that line up with their immediate and long-term business and marketing objectives.
- Design strategic and actionable frameworks and solutions through close collaboration with internal (sales teams and XFN) and external stakeholders (across global and regional teams).
- Design structured experimentation opportunities for advertisers to test new marketing/ media approaches and new business models that unlock growth.
- Execute initiatives/programs at scale throughout the year via alignment/influence with internal (sales teams and XFN) stakeholders and external clients (across global and regional teams).
- Ensure these drive Global Accounts revenue priorities, opportunity-mapping insights from product adoption, individual markets, clients/categories/brands and more alongside Global Account Directors.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Global Accounts team; leveraging account and market-level insights to inform the short- and long-term strategy.
- This is a client-facing role that requires consultative selling, relationship building and influencing via data and insights with clients across levels of seniority.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years in account management/client solutions/business development roles in digital marketing, product, consulting, communications, or internet technology.
- Expert understanding of the media landscape, brand building, marketing and commerce for large global brands operating in the region.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of designing and executing initiatives from the ground-up that drive business performance and organizational impact.
- Ability to gather, analyze and present data to identify actionable insights around the state of the business and build actionable next steps to improve performance.
- Solid knowledge of tracking, attribution, and measurement logic; experience using major tools like GA4, MMPs, pixel implementation, Brand Lift Studies, and basic troubleshooting knowledge.
- Excellent communicator and presenter, with good interpersonal skills.

- Flexible team player who navigates a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment well.
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual that is equally comfortable supporting team members and taking the lead with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their triggers/barriers is a plus.
- E-commerce and Creative/Brand Strategy experience is a plus.
