Job Description

The Position: We are seeking a motivated Formulation Technician Trainee to support our formulation development team in the preparation, testing, and analysis of agrochemical formulations. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in formulation science within the agricultural industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare formulation samples according to established protocols and specifications.-
Conduct routine laboratory tests including physical and chemical stability assessments.

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (mixers, mills, pH meters, viscometers, etc.).

Accurately record experimental data in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems.

Assist in analytical testing of formulation samples.
-
Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety standards, and chemical inventory.

Support senior scientists in formulation optimization projects.
-
Follow Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnologies, or a related scientific field.-
Experience: 0-2 years of laboratory experience (internships acceptable), with a preference for previous experience in formulation, chemical manufacturing, or analytical laboratories.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of chemistry principles and laboratory techniques, including familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and chemical handling.

Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Knowledge of agrochemical products or the agricultural industry.

General Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely, and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry).
