L.L.C., is currently involved in the execution of major energy infrastructure projects for international clients, including Saudi Aramco. ️
For our HR Team in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for an IKTVA & Saudization Coordinator to support the company’s Saudization, training, and local content obligations under Saudi Aramco contracts and applicable MHRSD regulations.
The role will focus on coordinating Saudization and training activities, managing CSMART reporting, supporting IKTVA data collection, and ensuring accurate, timely, and audit-ready compliance documentation.
Main Activities

Coordinate the enrollment, sponsorship, mentoring, and follow-up of Saudi trainees in approved apprenticeship, diploma, and training programs;

Support the preparation, submission, monitoring, and periodic update of the Saudization and Training Plan;

Manage CSMART reporting activities, including personnel profiles, daily rosters, timesheets, monthly summaries, and training reports;

Collect, verify, and maintain supporting documentation for Saudization compliance, including GOSI, national ID, salary and benefits evidence, and medical insurance coverage;

Track actual and projected Saudization levels against contractual requirements, highlighting any potential shortfalls or compliance risks;

Support IKTVA reporting by collecting and validating HR, workforce, salary, training, and local content data in coordination with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and external auditors;

Coordinate with Recruitment, HR, site administration, training centers, and internal departments to ensure accurate data flow and timely compliance follow-up;

Maintain complete and audit-ready Saudization, training, and IKTVA records, supporting Saudi Aramco reviews, verifications, and audits.
- Saudi national, as required by the applicable contractual Saudization requirements;

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

Minimum 2 years of experience in Saudization, training coordination, HR operations, government relations, or contractual compliance;

Knowledge of Saudi Aramco contractor requirements, IKTVA, CSMART, Nitaqat, or MHRSD regulations will be considered a strong advantage;

Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, both written and spoken;

Strong accuracy, planning, follow-up, and deadline management skills, especially in relation to compliance reporting and monthly reporting cycles;

Good command of MS Excel and reporting tools;

Integrity and discretion in handling personnel data, contractual documentation, and sensitive compliance information.
Location: HQ - Damman, Arabia Saudita with regular travel to National Training Centers and periodic visits to the Project Site.
