OKX is looking for a social and creator marketer to help bring our brand story to life across Europe — building authentic connections with retail users, crypto natives, and creators. This role executes on brand and social strategy, manages day-to-day content, campaigns, and creator relationships across the growing EU region (particularly).
Execute the European social and creator content calendar, adapting global brand direction into resonant posts, campaigns, and partnerships across social media
Manage a portfolio of creator and influencer relationships (English & Non-English) across Europe, handling outreach, briefing, contracting logistics, and performance tracking
Support brand and social campaigns across owned channels, helping maintain consistency of tone, visual identity, and message across markets and languages
Create and coordinate compelling brand-led social content — from evergreen posts to real-time cultural moments — tailored to European audiences
Manage day-to-day workflow for junior team members or freelancers/agencies, ensuring quality and deadlines are met
Partner cross-functionally with brand, legal, compliance, and regional marketing teams to keep campaigns on-brand and market-appropriate
Track and report on social engagement and creator program performance, flagging insights to inform future content
5+ years of total experience in brand, social media, or creator marketing, ideally including time in crypto, fintech, or a fast-moving consumer tech category
Familiarity with the European social and creator landscape, including regional platform nuances across key EU markets
Familiarity hosting Livestreams and managing onground community events
Hands-on experience managing creator/influencer relationships, from outreach through reporting or tracking
Experience growing and managing brand presence across X, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and LinkedIn
Working understanding of crypto, the Web3 landscape, and internet culture
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), comfortable coordinating across teams and stakeholders
Ability to context-switch and manage multiple concurrent projects with ease
Emotionally intelligent, with good instincts for brand tone and cultural sensitivity
Comfortable using performance data to inform content and campaign decisions
Learner mindset and owner mentality; sees tasks through to completion before moving on
Strong network and reach with creators
Photography and video editing skills
Sense of aesthetics and brand design
