Role Description
We are looking for a PMO to support the coordination of multiple digital projects.
Working alongside senior team members, the successful candidate will contribute to project planning, execution, monitoring, testing, and delivery, progressively taking ownership of assigned projects and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of IT projects from requirements gathering through testing, release, and closure.
- Help translate business needs into clear requirements, tasks, priorities, and delivery plans.
- Maintain project timelines, backlogs, milestones, risks, and dependencies in Jira.
- Coordinate activities involving developers, clients, external partners, and international team members.
- Organize project meetings, sprint activities, testing sessions, and client validations.
- Monitor progress, identify potential blockers, and follow up on assigned activities.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, user manuals, and functional requirements.
- Review deliverables and support the coordination of UAT, rework, and production releases.
- Support client communication and help track expectations, scope changes, risks, and escalations.
- Support quotations, vendor coordination, and the transition from sales to project delivery.
- Contribute to improving internal project management processes, templates, and reporting.
What We Look For
- Eagerness to Learn: While experience in project management methodologies is a plus, it’s not a requirement. We value your ability to adapt, take on diverse projects, and acquire new knowledge along the way. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills by working across different domains and challenges.
- Proficiency in English: You should be able to comfortably read, write, and speak in English.
- Your Skills, Not Your CV: We’re more interested in what you can do than your degree.
- Team Spirit: You're someone who excels in a team, demonstrating a fine balance between patience and assertiveness, and can effectively communicate and collaborate with others.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Agile project management and software development lifecycles.
- Experience with ERP implementations, particularly Odoo.
What We Offer
- Professional growth and increasing project ownership.
- Exposure to different industries and digital transformation projects.
- A collaborative and innovative international environment.
- For junior candidates, depending on experience and profile, we may offer an internship or apprenticeship contract designed to support structured learning and progressive project ownership.
Selection Process
Selected candidates will be invited to an initial 30-minute conversation to discuss their experience, interests, and approach to project management.
We're not just looking for experience or specific qualifications: we're searching for individuals with potential and the drive to excel in their roles. If you're passionate about this position, we warmly invite you to apply.
