We are looking for an Electrical Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of electrical installation, maintenance and energy infrastructure projects. You will coordinate project schedules, technical documentation, suppliers, contractors and internal teams to help ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently and within budget.
This is a mid level position suited to someone with practical electrical project experience who is ready to take greater responsibility for project coordination and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Support electrical projects from initial planning through installation, testing, commissioning and final handover.
Schedule Management:
Prepare and maintain project schedules, track milestones and follow up with internal teams, suppliers and contractors to reduce delays.
Technical Documentation:
Organise drawings, specifications, quotations, permits, inspection reports, test certificates and project handover documents.
Supplier and Contractor Coordination:
Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors and site teams to confirm material availability, delivery dates, technical requirements and work progress.
Budget Monitoring:
Assist with tracking project costs, purchase orders, supplier invoices, labour requirements and approved variations.
Site Support:
Attend project sites when required to review progress, verify completed work and help resolve coordination issues.
Client Communication:
Provide clear project updates to clients and respond to questions regarding timelines, documentation and installation activities.
Quality and Safety:
Ensure that project activities follow company procedures, technical standards and applicable health and safety requirements.
Risk Management:
Identify scheduling, supply, technical or operational risks and escalate concerns before they affect project delivery.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in electrical project coordination, electrical engineering, construction, industrial maintenance or a related technical environment.
Education:
A diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
A practical understanding of electrical installations, technical drawings, project documentation and site coordination.
Project Skills:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, suppliers and project records.
Software Skills:
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD or similar project and technical documentation tools is an advantage.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, engineers, technicians and contractors.
Language Skills:
Professional Italian is required. Working knowledge of English is preferred for technical documentation and supplier communication.
