WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
This role is ideal for a highly capable MPU Operator looking to take the next step into leadership while remaining actively involved in site operations.
You will support site leadership, coordinate day-to-day activities, mentor crew members, and ensure blasting services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations.
Ideally you will have;
- Demonstrated MPU operating experience
- Experience in blasting or mining operations
- Previous leadership or step-up supervisory experience
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
- HR Licence
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Ability to coach and support less experienced operators
