Please note, this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role
As Learning & Development Manager, you will help shape and continuously evolve Angelini Pharma's learningecosystem — from strategy to execution. You'll design and manage the corporate Learning Catalogue, buildingstructured, business-aligned journeys for Leadership, People Managers, Young Talent and All Employees, whileensuring every learning solution ties back to measurable business impact and the Angelini Pharma LeadershipModel. In this role, you will:
Support the execution of the company-wide L&D strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities andTalent Management processes.
Design and coordinate high-impact learning initiatives using multiple methodologies (70-20-10, digitallearning, virtual and classroom experiences, coaching, mentoring, action learning), collaborating withexperts and external partners on content quality.
Translate Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Individual Development Plansinto targeted, personalized development initiatives linked to career growth and succession readiness.
Ensure learning pathways support both current capability needs and the future leadership pipeline,contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
Partner with HR Business Partners, Functional Leaders and People Managers to identify developmentpriorities and monitor learning effectiveness.
Manage relationships with external learning providers, leadership development partners and digitallearning vendors, supporting budget planning and vendor performance management.
Monitor learning participation, experience and business impact through qualitative and quantitativemetrics, using analytics and talent insights to continuously optimize the Learning Catalogue and keepsolutions innovative and aligned with business strategy..
Requirements
The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in Learning & Development, combining strategic thinking withhands-on delivery. You bring proven experience building learning portfolios in complex, multinationalenvironments, strong project and stakeholder management skills, and genuine curiosity for modern, data-driven approaches to development.
On top of what we would expect:
Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
3-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Capability Building
Proven experience designing and managing corporate learning portfolios, academies or capabilitydevelopment
programs within multinational organizations, including supporting Learning Strategy implementation andbuilding
frameworks from the ground up
Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities, with excellent communication andinfluencing skills
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors Learning) anddigital learning technologies
Familiarity with modern learning approaches (70-20-10, blended learning, leadership development,capability academies, microlearning)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into learning solutions
Fluent English
Nice to have: experience leveraging AI-enabled learning technologies and data-driven approaches topersonalize development experiences
The salary for this role starts from 46.400€ gross per year, depending on experience and location. The offer isdetermined based on gender-neutral criteria, including relevant skills, competencies, and experience.
