DRIVE YOUR FUTURE You will join the Country Italy Administration and Control organization, specifically the Credit Team, a dynamic and cross-functional group and you will be involved in the business undertaking credit-related tasks and in the rewards recognition process.
You will support your tutor in managing the rebate process: verify marketing requests, monitor compliance with group policy, issue documents and periodic updating of reference reporting.
Furthermore under the supervision of the tutor you will review credit line applications and perform timely credit risk assessments balancing the need for growth business with prudent risk evaluation, provide reports to support client and business needs.
This position will help you develop both your analytical skills and your communication and interpersonal abilities. The international nature of Pirelli, along with direct interactions with other business functions, makes this an ideal opportunity for your next future.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
- Support the management of accruals for customer bonuses and rebates, helping to monitor amounts and keep data aligned with agreements;
- Perform audit activities on rebate process by collecting documents, checking data accuracy, and completing tasks requested by internal and external auditors;
- Understanding the active cycle with an end-to-end view of the process: from sale to collection;
- Work on activities that provide method and vision: from collecting and interpreting customer information to economic-financial analysis to understanding how credit is defined and how risks are mitigated with dedicated tools;
- Use of systems (e.g. SAP) for issuing of documents, customer and credit data management;
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations, providing useful insights into Rebate Process and Credit KPI’s;
- This is not a "back office" job: it involves constant interaction with multiple stakeholders (marketing team, audit team, salespeople and customers).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree: preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Language: Italian and English
- Technical/Specific Skills:
o excellent knowledge of Office package, particularly Excel
o ability to manage multiple tasks within demanding timelines
o teamwork orientation
o strong organizational skills and self-driven personality
