Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for deliveries follow-up of fabric from mill to logistic/manufacturers and finished product
ex-factory
- Partnership with NY and Manager to handle fabric orders of long lead time fabric + short lead time for
her categories
- Responsible of costng activities from flash cost to final, maintenance and updating of AT and PLM.
- Follow-up of fabric testing (failure) issues with Quality Manager
- Follow-up of fabric approval , 1st cut , with Quality Manager
- Follow-up of stock approval , with Product team
- Traceability of liability with vendors
- Responsible of deliveries from T&A to production plan and updates
- Repor?ng to NY on deliveries status W.I.P.
- AT and SAP (P.O.) maintenance on delivery status
- HTS management (codici doganali)
- All other operaction activities related to production area
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
- 4-year college degree, preferred or equivalent experience
- Good verbal and written (email) communication in English
- Proficient in all computer systems: Intermediate to advanced Excel (i.e. pivot tables, v lookups etc.) PowerPoint, Word.
- Team working
- Plus, if have experience in SAP-PLM-GEF
- Starting base salary equal to €29,100 (full-time). Once the successful candidate is selected, the salary offer will be based on objective and gender-neutral criteria such as experience, skills, responsibilities, and location.

Contractual level: CCNL Commercio – Level 4. Temporary contract for maternity cover.

Target Bonus: The role is eligible for a discretionary bonus. Any payout will be subject to the achievement of specific performance metrics and will be determined in accordance with the applicable bonus plan rules.

Meal Vouchers: €8.65/day per worked day of at least 6 hours.
