We are currently looking for a warm, organized, and dedicated team member to join our boutique agency.
You don't need to be a decades-long industry veteran to thrive here. If you have some foundational experience in real estate and possess the essential language skills to bridge our local and international markets, we want to hear from you!
What You Will Do
- Bridge Cultures: Act as the vital communication link between our local property owners and our international buyers, ensuring everyone feels heard and understood.
- Client Care & Viewings: Host property tours and guide clients through the viewing process with a welcoming, patient, and professional approach.
- Team Support: Assist with the sales cycle, from fielding initial inquiries to helping coordinate the necessary paperwork for closing.
- Marketing & Listings: Help craft engaging property descriptions and maintain our portfolio listings in both Italian and English.
What We Are Looking For
- Essential Language Skills: You must be fully bilingual in both Italian and English (written and spoken). This is an absolute requirement, as you will work daily with foreign investors who need clear, confident communication.
- Real Estate Background: Some prior exposure to the real estate world is required. Whether you worked as a junior agent, an agency assistant, or in property management/vacation rentals, you understand the basics of the industry.
- Empathy & Patience: Real estate can be stressful for clients. We need someone who can handle anxious or "Type A" personalities with grace, blending excellent customer service with the relaxed beauty of the Italian lifestyle.
- Local Knowledge: A genuine love for the Salento area and a good understanding of its geography and culture.
