THE ROLE
During your internship you will work on a project in the Humanoids and Human Centered Mechatronics (https://hhcm.iit.it/) group coordinated by Nikolaos Tsagarakis. This group focuses on Development of Legged/Mobile Robot Mechatronics and Control.
Your activity will comprise
- Development of Robot Grasping functionalities
- Robot Experimentation
And will allow you to develop competences in
- Robot Operating Sysrem (ROS), robot software and simulation
- Robot perception tools
- Experience in working with mobile/legged robots
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- To be registered as a student in an undergraduate master’s degree programme in Computer science, Engineering, Robotics or a cognate field of study for the entire duration of your stay at IIT
- To have a good command of spoken and written English
- To rely on funding from your University’s Erasmus+ programme
