The selected candidate will be responsible for optimizing and standardizing production and logistics processes, ensuring the industrialization of products developed by the Engineering Department and guaranteeing their full manufacturability while improving safety, quality, and efficiency. Te role includes:
Designing, standardizing, and optimizing internal production and logistics flows in terms of lead times, ergonomics, safety, product quality, and costs.
Improving production efficiency and reducing waste through the implementation of cross-functional projects/workshops and the application of Lean tools across all internal and external production areas.
Developing equipment requirements, implementing manufacturing strategies, and monitoring processes to ensure maximum productivity.
Creating production support documentation, such as work instructions, assembly manuals, and related materials.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, adopting all required precautions, measures, and provisions.
Creating and maintaining assembly routings and manufacturing Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP.
Working daily within SAP to create, update, and maintain technical and production data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Supporting industrialization activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in a similar role and has:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
Experience in managing production processes and ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of SAP (preferably PP/MM modules) and proven experience managing production routings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical production data.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in production processes, routing management, and Bills of Materials maintenance.
