EMBELIA is looking for a driven Sales Manager Italy to accelerate our growth across the country (based in Parma | Frequent travel (50%+)).
Reporting directly to the Embelia Sales Director, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint, boosting revenue, and building strong client partnerships across multiple industries (perfumery, cosmetics, beauty, nutraceuticals, and more).
What you’ll do
Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and actively prospecting high-potential clients
Own and develop your client portfolio, ensuring long-term relationships and customer loyalty
Understand client needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction
Stay ahead of the market by tracking trends, products, and competitors
Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to improve results
Represent EMBELIA at trade shows, events, and key industry meetings
Enhance brand visibility and contribute to the company’s growth and reputation
What we’re looking for
Master’s degree (or equivalent)
8+ years of experience in B2B sales, in product-based environments
Proven track record in business development and key account management
Italian and English languages are mandatory, French is a plus
Strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach
Ability to analyse markets and define winning sales strategies
Highly autonomous, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Valid driving license
