Qualifications:
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing or category management, trade marketing or a similar marketing role
- Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following areas: product ideation and compelling product concepts development and/or in-store product planograms and innovative shelf executions
- Good leadership and influencing skills
- High proficiency in analytical thinking, business planning, and financial acumen (P&L understanding, forecasting, GfK/Nielsen data interpretation)
- Fluency in English is required for effective collaboration with core teams and markets
- A true consumer obsession with a proven ability to think creatively about product innovation
Preferred:
- Direct experience within the Coffee or Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) industry is a plus. Other preferred industries: Consumer Durables, Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Food & beverage, Cosmetics or Apparel
- Experience managing global product launches for a premium brand
- Proven experience in a local subsidiary, actively contributing to the development and execution of the Local Marketing Plan

Our salary range for this position is 45.000€-55.000€, and the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) is metalmeccanico.
