Mission
The position is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing co-marketing activities with key footwear brand partners across the EMEA Region.
This role requires a hands-on marketing professional with a strong understanding of the outdoor & sport industry, capable of managing multiple projects and ensuring effective execution of joint marketing initiatives, in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
The role will support the implementation of co-marketing plans, trade marketing activities, and partner-driven campaigns, ensuring consistency with Vibram’s brand positioning and strategic priorities.
The role will be manily based in Montebelluna (TV), Italy; willingness to travel frequently to Vibram HQ in Albizzate (VA). The role reports to the Sport & Outdoor Marketing Manager EMEA.
Up to 25% travel required abroad.

Co-Marketing Planning and Execution:
-
plan, coordinate and execute co-marketing activities with footwear partners, including product launches, campaigns, events, and retail activations

Partner Coordination:
-
act as the key point of contact for brand partners at operational level, ensuring alignment, timelines and deliverables across all initiatives

Trade & Retail Support:
-
support the development and execution of trade co-marketing initiatives, sell-in tools, and in-store activations in collaboration with Vibram Tech Reps

Cross-functional Collaboration:
-
work closely with PR, Events, Tech Reps, Social and Sales teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of all co-marketing activities

Content & Asset Management:
-
coordinate the development and delivery of marketing assets for partners, ensuring brand consistency and proper usage of Vibram guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or related field

5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in outdoor, sport or footwear industries

Strong project management and organizational skills

Experience in B2B marketing and/or co-marketing with brand partners

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in cross-functional environments

Proactive, hands-on attitude with strong attention to detail

Languages: fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Italian is mandatory
