About the role
The servers support the Bar Manager, Barista and Bartender to deliver superior guest service and hospitality, carry out simple food preparation, and maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
We are seeking a candidates who possess the following qualities:
● Has a positive attitude even under pressure of busy service
● Collaborative approach to work and works well in a team environment
Primary Responsibilities
● Daily morning and evening bar operations, including taking orders, simple food preparation, serving and clearing tables
● Delivering superior customer service to make guests feel welcome and comfortable
● Maintain all areas clean and tidy
