The Manager, Product Performance – Gold Harvesting is responsible for driving end-to-end strategies that enhance product performance and operational efficiency across global Gold Harvesting sites. This role ensures alignment of performance standards, leverages data-driven insights, and fosters collaboration with multifunctional teams to deliver measurable improvements in productivity and consistency. The position requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and the ability to transition operations toward proactive, analytics-based methodologies.
Leadership & Team Development - Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence. Ensure timely completion of projects and alignment with organizational goals.
