Prestigious luxury boutique hotel seeks an experienced General Manager to lead operations, drive commercial performance, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and support the continued growth of the property.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide strategic and operational leadership across all hotel departments.
· Drive revenue growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
· Lead and develop department heads and hotel teams.
· Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
· Ensure compliance with brand standards and luxury service expectations.
· Act as the primary liaison between ownership and hotel operations.
Requirements
· Proven experience as General Manager or Hotel Manager in luxury 4 or 5-star hotels.
· Strong background in Rooms Division, F&B, Revenue Management, and Sales.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
· Results-driven mindset with strong financial acumen.
