To support our important development initiatives, we are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist who will analyze existing operational processes and develop projects to improve and make them more efficient.
What will your challenges be?

Monitoring performance and production processes to identify areas for improvement, liaising with operators and managers to assess their needs;
- Implementing projects based on Lean Manufacturing methodology within the production area;
- Creating work procedures;
- Coordinating and monitoring improvement projects;
- Collaborating at the Division level (Montana Spain) providing technical/procurement support;
- Processing and analyzing production data (KPIs, daily production, line downtime, etc.);
- Supporting the Production department on matters related to operational processes.
