The Opportunity
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside the Head of Corporate Partnerships & Bespoke Fragrance Projects
and gain exposure to commercial strategy, partnership management, marketing initiatives, and cross-functional project coordination.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of strategic collaborations, support client acquisition activities, and participate in the creation of bespoke fragrance projects for corporate and luxury clients.

Key Responsibilities of the Department

Develop and manage strategic commercial partnerships.

Identify and engage new business opportunities and potential clients.

Support commercial negotiations and contract development.

Coordinate bespoke fragrance and private-label projects.

Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving store traffic.

Collaborate with the Marketing team on communication and positioning strategies.

Maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Support networking, corporate relations, and business development activities.

Internship Responsibilities
During the internship, the selected candidate will:

Monitor and maintain existing client and partnership pipelines.

Support meetings and presentations with prospective clients and partners.

Prepare reports, presentations, and business development materials.

Analyze market trends and identify potential growth opportunities.

Develop quantitative and qualitative reporting on projects and commercial initiatives.

Contribute innovative and business-oriented ideas tailored to different market segments.

Act as a liaison between Business Development and internal departments, including Marketing, Administration, Operations, and Production.

Assist in coordinating project timelines and follow-up activities.

Support the execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives and partnership projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree (or currently pursuing one) in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Scientific disciplines, or related fields.
